The U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) awarded us a 122,405 acre lease in 2017 for the development of an offshore wind farm off the coast of North Carolina and Virginia. Since then, we have begun the highly technical process of studying the area in more detail as part of early stage project development.
